Once your request is received, I will follow up with a detailed inquiry form requesting design preferences, reference photos, materials, dimensions, and other important details. This information helps establish an accurate estimate and projected lead time.

After the information collection phase, you will receive a project drawing, contract, and deposit request. Work begins once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

All lead times are estimates and subject to change. Timelines vary based on project complexity, material availability, and the order in which projects are scheduled within RCW’s production queue.
